Traditional HR programs often operate in silos, leading to fragmented experiences. The ROE approach advocates for a unified, intentional design of all internal touchpoints to create a compelling and consistent employee journey.

Built on Deloitte’s “Simply Irresistible Organisation™” model and enriched by decades of OD expertise, the ROE framework comprises six dimensions:

  • Cross-Organisation Collaboration & Communication Each dimension includes four experiential factors, forming the basis of the ROE assessment.

Key Research Findings
A survey of 412 professionals revealed that “Meaningful Work” and “Supportive Management” are the most critical dimensions for a positive organisational experience. Within these, “Selected to Fit” and “Clear and Transparent Goals” ranked highest. Other important factors include recognition culture, training on the job, and open communication. These insights help organisations prioritize high-impact areas for improvement.

From Assessment to Action
Unlike traditional engagement surveys, the ROE assessment not only evaluates but also guides actionable change. It provides segmented insights across teams, departments, and regions, and is supported by facilitation services and targeted action planning.
